Women in Business Projection Mapping

The event organizers, In Good Company, were hosting the “Women in Business” event to celebrate entrepreneurship. They wanted to leave a great impression on their attendees, so they contacted Go2 Productions to decorate the main stage with beautiful projections that reflected the event’s empowering theme.

Execution:

Go2 Productions implemented projection mapping on the central venue surface (wall) to convert it into a main stage where rich and colourful animations aligned with the event’s theme. The visuals served as a stage backdrop, supporting keynote presentations and discussions, while keeping the audience engaged. The content was designed to create an immersive experience and create a thematic atmosphere that celebrated all women in business.

Results:

The event had a great impact on the local community as the projection mapping played a key role in creating an inspiring atmosphere throughout the event. Attendees were attracted to the visuals, often using them as a backdrop for photos and social media posts. These organic shares helped extend the event’s visibility online, building awareness and excitement beyond the venue and into the women’s community.
